We ship worldwide from Adelaide.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent. Orders are sent during local business hours, Monday – Friday. All orders are dispatched within 3 business days of receiving the order.

Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout.

Estimated delivery times
·      Adelaide – 3-5 business days after dispatch
·      Melbourne, Adelaide & Canberra – 3-7 business days after dispatch
·      Brisbane, Hobart & Perth – 5-7 business days after dispatch
·      Perth & Darwin – 5-10 business days after dispatch
· International Orders – 7-21 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Old School Espresso is not responsible for lost mail once order has been placed in the care of Australia Post.

returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. After the 10 days have passed we cannot offer an exchange or refund on your item/s.

If you would like to return an order, firstly contact info@oldschoolespresso.com.au. We will require proof of purchase to complete your return.

Items can be returned to D.OSE, 808 Marion Road, Marion SA 5043 at the buyers expense. We suggest using shipping via Australia Post with tracking information.

If a refund is required your order will be refunded once it has been returned and inspected. The item must be in its original, resalable condition.

Old School Espresso is not responsible for any damage incurred during transport.
